the_ragnarok702
u know something that i think is kinda wierd. Is if Es4 is on summerset isle then unless they make like 6 more ES games what about the rest of tamriel. It seems that now we depend on tamriel rebuilt to see all of tamriel. handsomestranger
From the Elder Scrolls website.... "Since Arena encompassed the entire world of Tamriel, it also felt too generic, so it was decided that each successive game in the series would focus on more specific areas of the Empire. Diabolic_Wizard
well, maybe you are right the_ragnarok702.one game for each province... and there is also a little thing but important i guess... why countdown started from 8?why not 10 or 5 but 8?i think it's becouse that the game will be 8th game of TES.others are: 1) TES: Arena2) TES2: Daggerfall3) Battlespire4) Redguard5) TES3: Morrowind6) Tribunal (expention)7) Bloodmoon (expention)8) TES4: Oblivion (?) but tribunal and bloodmoon are only expentions of morrowind, so maybe we must count them with morrowin. so the new game (TES4) will be 6th game of the TES series. so, why 8? Diabolic_Wizard
Now we have the 5th day's inscription. http://www.elderscrolls.com/images/splash/o_five.gifhttp://www.elderscrolls.com/images/splash/txt_five.gif So Long As The Blood Of The Dragon Prince Runs Strong In Her Rulers,The Glory Of The Empire Shall Extend In Unbroken Years. well this one dissappointed me a little bit. it is not like a real prophecy, but yet, there are some infos that might be useful. these inscription is seems like a part of a poem. (rulers/years)and it mention someone called "the dragon prince"who's that?well, it is maybe heir of emperor, or heir of Tiber Septim, or more likely Tiber Septim's himself (the Dragon of the North, the Ninth Devine, the First Emperor of Tamriel) and the blood of the dragon prince (in all cases) is the royal blood. we know that, at the moment, the heir is lost. if a false heir is crowned, the bloodline will stopped, the Dragon's blood will no longer flows through the Empire's rulers, and the 'Dragon' will die. and maybe what is holding back daedra and prevent them from leaving Oblivion, is the royal blood. with Sotha Sil's pact broken and the imperial bloodline severed, there would be very little to stop the daedra poring from Oblivion in a war of unimagined proportions. but there is also hope: as said in inscription, if the blood runs strong, the empire will not collapse. surely... i'm in my university, it's almost 9 AM and i had to go to my final exem of history of religion. there are not any sources for checking my thoughts, but i'll search about these verses when i back to home. i promise! :)

Diabolic_Wizard
i finded something interesting... do you remember Daedra Prince Peryite?he was the only daedra prince in form of dragon...and one of he's titles is "Dragon Prince "...the other is "Daedra of Pestilence and Plague" maybe he's related with the imperial blood... and now, we have an other point of view: the empire's existence is related with daedras, and it's fall also will be releated with daedras...i think, the war can be also a war between daedras on the tamriel... this verses getting more and more tricky... ***edit: i changed my mind. i think, there will be no war at the moment. because, "the heir" is "lost", not "dead". so, the blood runs strong, and gates of Oblivion will not open before the death of the heir. i guess, our main quest will be finding the heir, get him to throne and prevent the war between daedras and empire (or daedras with daedras on the tamriel)
Diabolic_Wizard
http://www.elderscrolls.com/images/splash/o_four.gifhttp://www.elderscrolls.com/images/splash/txt_four.gif at last, we are in the fourth day of the countdown. we are completed the half way for the TES4 (and also it is the day of the end of my final exams :)) His Heart's Blood bleeds in Darkness someone suffering pain in despair?or something "activated" in the Oblivion?... well, Darkness surely a metaphore of Oblivion. Heart's Blood is a little complicated metaphor.I think it is some kind of artifact or powerfull magical device placed in Oblivion. "bleeding" is a really good metaphore to show that heart pounding. in an other mean, active...but it belongs to who? whom device activated? it belongs to tiber septim? or uriel septim? or heir of emperor? or a powerful wizard? or a daedra prince?! (look at my above post) there was a sixth house base in morrowind named "bleeding hearth"... (Dagoth Elam - Kogoruhn, Bleeding Hearth) Tiber Septim was a part of the Enantiomorph, which was kind of like a representation of Lorkhan's split halves, because when Lorkhan got whupped, he also got cracked in half. Thus, the moons. who is Lorkhan? this info comes from rpgplanet.com:Lorkhan (The Missing God): This Creator-Trickster-Tester deity is in every Tamrielic mythic tradition. His most popular name is the Aldmeri 'Lorkhan', or Doom Drum. He convinced or contrived the Original Spirits to bring about the creation of the mortal plane, upsetting the status quo -- much like his father Padomay had introduced instability into the universe in the Beginning Place. After the world is materialized, Lorkhan is separated from his divine center, sometimes involuntarily, and wanders the creation of the et'Ada. He and his metaphysical placement in the 'scheme of things' is interpreted a variety of ways. In Morrowind, for example, he is a being related to the Psijiic Endeavor, a process by which mortals are charged with transcending the gods that created them. To the High Elves, he is the most unholy of all higher powers, as he forever broke their connection to the spirit plane. In the legends, he is almost always an enemy of the Aldmer and, therefore, a hero of early Mankind. so as we look to the very first inscriptions of the countdown, we can see that says us "empire's sire". it is misunderstood as the "heir of the empire" because noone mentioned nothing about lurkhan. lurkhan may be the "empire's sire", and it's not a little possibility.so he can be also "the lost dragon" (his title is missing (lost) god) and lurkhan is the most possible cause of vanished dwemers. this hearth can be a dwemer artifact?...
