I downloaded a lot of mods as in today and now in Skyrim everyone is t posing anyone knows how to fix?, i am new to mods and stuff so please be patient with me

It looks like you're mixing Legendary edition mods into your Special edition game (or vice versa), hence the not compatible warnings.

You'd probably be better off asking for help over at loverslab where you got the mods, or reading the sexlab thread for more instructions.

While I can't tell without the entire text from FNIS it appears that you might be T-posing because you have too many animations.
