When I click "Launch Fallout 3" on FOMM this appears? What should I do?

Check you load order and make sure it is correct. A example is found on the download page of Updated Unofficial Fallout 3 Patch.

 

The launch button should say "Launch Fose" not "Launch Fallout3"

OK, but how i put fallout3.esm (and etc) in the FOMM?

If you installed Fallout 3 and FoMM properly, then the Fallout3.esm should show up in your load order. If not, make sure that FoMM is looking for the game in the correct location (file path).
