SSE How do I mass add items to a leveled list?

I want to add about 1000 items to 4 leveled lists in the main plugin.

Obviously this can't be done by adding them 1 at a time.

Are there any tools to automate this?

None that automate it that I know of. That said, if one understands the scripting that SSEEdit uses then perhaps a script could be written to automate part of the process if not all of it.
