Registration e-mail does not arrive

I advised my best friend to get NMM after he bought Skyrim during the steam summer sale but despite multiple attempts, the e-mail to activate the account he registered did not arrive. Neither did one arrive for me when I tried to create an account for him with one of my dump-e-mail-adresses. Is this due to the recent moving of the server or is there some other problem? (I use gmx and so does he btw, but I doubt that is an issue since this account of mine is made with a gmx-adress too)

Had exactly the same problem as you and your friend, i created an account but it never sent me an validation e-mail (but is was using Hotmail), waited five days and still nothing :dry: . The way i fixed this problem is that i just changed my e-mail address to a second one i had, and it finally sent it to that one, allowing me to validate my account. I would try this to, if that doesn't work then contact and admin, i think they can validate an account manually. Good Luck! :wink:

To change your e-mail attached to your account, Go to "My Profile" -> Then "Edit My Profile" -> Then To "Email And Password"
