Download speed maintaining 100-150kb/s

My download speed from nexus exclusively generally stays between 100kb/s to 150kb/s for one file at a time. Multiple files divide this number.

Coutnry: U.S.
ISP: Charter Communications Inc (Spectrum)
Average Download Speed (non-Nexus downloads): 9.89MB/s

edit: i somehow managed to bypass the speed by using vpn, idk why but its worked. if the download fails then i'll experiencing slow download speed (again), so i turned off the vpn and suprisingly the download speed is comeback again like regular speed, and so on. weird.

 

Glad you found a solution, but please do not hijack someone else's thread. "Me too" posts on download issues are useless to us. Please see the pinned thread and following the troubleshooting instructions as JaCoB did.

 

@OP: It seems you have a bad connection all our CDN severs worldwide. Can you try using a VPN or an alternative connection (such as mobile data) ?
