LE Skill/stat reset NPC

As the title says, I've been searching for a mod that adds an NPC to the game that legitimately resets my skill perks and stats. For example, I can speak to this NPC to (possibly) pay a fee to free up these perks and stat upgrades, so that I may choose another way to play my character.

Use "respec" as the search term in the mods area. There a a few out there that use potions, wells, and the like. I didn't notice an NPC option though.

If you edit your race with the console by typing showracemenu, then youre stats are reset. Whatever isnt reset you can do so by typing setav, followed by the skill/health magicka and fatigue and type in the desired level. See uesp for more info.

I can't seem to find a respec mod that also resets stats, which makes it impossible to change from a low magicka class to any type of mage. Is there any respec mod available that does that as well?

I think you can do what you want to do just by using the console commands.

 

If you scroll down, you will see that you can add skills, add levels, add spells. So maybe you can just up your magica level, and add the perks and spells and then start playing as a mage.
