Fistfight Fiasco

Okay, so I'm on a catchy title kick...

Anyways, the problem is pretty simple. Any time I try to brawl with someone, they eventually turn fully hostile and I end up having to fight them to the death.

I'm wondering if Project Ultimatum is to blame for it, but I don't really have any way to be sure. Is there a setting or script related to Brawls that I might be able to look at?

I've Project Ultimatum, i even using Battle Claws one gauntlet which add 255 un-arm damage, brawlls like normal.

Then it's not that...I hope it's not one of the inactive files, because I share a Steam account with my wife, and those inactive files are mods she uses on her computer. I can't really get rid of those...she's not having the problem, so it's got to be something I downloaded from the Nexus.
