blackguyver Posted March 13, 2009 Share Posted March 13, 2009 If you can manage it, Dawn of War 2 would be a good game to take the weapon sfx from. The steady "THOOM THOOM THOOM" of the bolters they use are awesome. My wishlist of in-game weapons, just to throw it out there, is a bolter, a heavy bolter, bolt pistol, flamer, and maybe a chainsword. I've tried the chainsword mod that's already out there, but it uses the attack animation for the Ripper knife...which is lame, at best. I haven't downloaded any of the weapon packs because, as best I can tell, they're just models right now and not actually textured or coded for in-game use. SaintJames420 Posted March 14, 2009 Share Posted March 14, 2009 You might want to get in contact with the guy that did the "human blaster cannon" mod....I may be mistaken on what the name of his mod is.....but the man does KILLER TEXTURE WORK....so I you run into any probs.....btw You should tottaly do a Plasma cannon....if you could have it use the plasma crit effect....but in a raduis of oh......5-15 foot. circle. Wolfhound646 Posted March 19, 2009 Share Posted March 19, 2009 have you considered combining this mod w/ cerberos 008 mod - http://fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=4651 its space armour, and it looks great! unfortunatly last time i checked, he said he made the mod for himself, and hes happy with it, so he most likely wont be adding anything. still though, you could make some chaos armour, and maybe even figure out a way to make orcz, using the supermutants as a base. you could go even farther by making them a new faction, or even a complete new story line. :thumbsup: Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
