What could be the cause of inventory/ world map lag?

Everytime I open up inventory(including barter, container menu), or go into the world map, the game lags for about a second.

 

It usually starts to occur when I play the game for certain amount of time; meaning that if I booted up the game just recent, I don't get much lag upon opening an inventory or world map.

 

I'll write down my plugin load order and the spec of my computer for the reference. I'm leaning towards the fact that the cause of this issue is just my computer being awful...

 

PC spec -

CPU: Intel Pentium 4405U @ 2.10GHz

1. You might has too much recipe items in workbench/reloading/cooking. In which case, need to delete what you dont use.

 

2. You might has too much items in your inventory. I met this once or twice when I Take All from my containers to move to new one (say, from Novac Motel to The Sink). In which case, dont carry too much in your inventory. Even if you mod carryweight to 5000, it doesnt mean you need to carry full of those 5000. Store in container what you dont use.

 

3. You might use a mod with too big assets. Say, HD quality of usual-seen objects? Like HD tree and grass for example. KNow your rig and use less~ Just because you can run 4Kdoesnt mean you SHOULD run 4K

 

But I can say your rig is NOT suitable to do all three above. You can run TTW slightly well. Anything more and it ruin your performance. My guess is Navmesh Fixes and Improvements.esm. And might be Ragdolls.

FafnirUniqueTTWOverhaul.esp also can be a root cause. Did you just wear a new outfit/gun from that mod?

Also if you use the very latest Fafnir, there's trouble with the newest gun he's just made. Mashed up assets increase lag, I think.
