game crashes when making a custom race follower

ok so i wanted to make a personal mod using

a custom succubus race which requires multiple masters including:

Apachi Sky Hair & Race Compatibility esm's

but when i enter the bannered mare were i place her, the game just CTD's

i've tried using the NPC editor AND the CK

both cause my game to CTD

idk if it's my load order or what, BUT i have made a generic follower with no dependencies and it works fine T_T

so i have no idea what i'm doing wrong if anything -_-

so can anyone suggest anything?
