Gurugan
I've been working on a dialogue mod for Piper, Nothing fancy just replaced a whole bunch of the default idle lines with custom ones. (idles/hellos/greetings) Everything seemed to be working fine but I've run into a little problem where she'll just stop saying ALL voice lines altogether at certain points. It affects all her dialogue not just the edited stuff, just silence and no lip movement (but subtitles still play) - saving/reloading doesn't bring it back, I have to revert to a save when its working to get it back It'll happens randomly when I go through doors in/out of commonwealth, after combat sometimes or I can get it to happen regularly when I try using the crafting bench When I looked in FO4Edit, it says like there is a conflict with "start me up" relating to "AO_Comment_Dialogue" but turning that mod off seems to remove all the idle lines - could that be whats causing the problem? I looked at the "AO_Comment_Dialogue" in CK and it has the little * to say its been edited, but I didn't make any edits there directly and can't find any edited info when I go through the stuff that's there Does anyone one know what I might have screwed up here? or at least narrow down what the issue might be? before I crack and restart from scratch... :teehee: sorry for my astounding ignorance on the matter Edited August 29, 2021 by Gurugan
Zorkaz
Have you been compacting file IDs, e.g making it into an .esl at some point? That could change the IDs for voice files as well
