Inazuma22
Does anyone have the same problem as me when you try to adjust a light in the fallout nv geck and the light turns off and does not work? I think i herd its a problem for some people and does anyone know how to fix it?
gunslinger6792
It happens every time you adjust the lights. All you have to do is click on an object and click F5. that refreshes the lighting so you can see what you're doing. If you're building a space I recommend getting that space into the game world so you physically check how the lights work. Lights in the Geck will appear super bright but in the game world they can appear really low in light. I usually set up a temporary entrance so I can check things out. Edit: if you have questions about modding go to mod talk. More people visit those forums and they're several people that are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. jazzisparis
Anyone know a perm fix? when my cell gets big and full of stuff it takes a while to refreshThere is no fix. It's a bug in the GECK.Even on huge cells, with many hundreds of objects, refreshing shouldn't take more than a few seconds.
Inazuma22
You think obsidian had to put up with it when they made fallout nv?
gunslinger6792
Bethesda made the engine or atleast let obsidian to use the engine so theres no way around it. Bethesda was kind of like here make us a game and we're only going to give you 18 months to two years to make it.
