shvringmnky Posted July 24, 2013 Posted July 24, 2013 Recently I ran into an adoption problem in Skyrim. My adopted child just keeps saying that they need to get their stuff. I want to try to fix this by moving her to a different house than the one I currently own, then move her into the first one. Problem is, I don't own a second house, and I'm trying to roleplay, so I don't wanna go through everything to purchase a new one. I'd like to "own" a new house through the console temporarily. Is this possible?
Davrehck Posted July 24, 2013 Posted July 24, 2013 well Setownership does make it so that if anythings marked in red it changes back to the other color, i think you could do that to a door and the things inside.
shvringmnky Posted July 24, 2013 Author Posted July 24, 2013 Would it be possible to move my family in that way though?
Pevey Posted July 25, 2013 Posted July 25, 2013 Just do this: player.additem f 50000 or some other gold amount. Then buy the house. If you have any left over gold, you can leave it in a respawning barrel somewhere or just player.removeitem f X, where X is the left over amount you want to remove.
