Help with recovering an old account?

I mean, I never really stop modding skyrim to be honest. But I've been trying to finish TW3 for 3 years now among others, so I haven't done any Skyrim, and it's always frustrating to go through long processes of CTD troubleshooting and all.

 

But anyways- that old account, with its associated favorited mods and stuff.. it's gone. I made a random gmail alt a long time ago (I can prove I have the email address) and for some reason Gmail has decided to pull a yahoo on me. I'm never going to get that account back. Huge loss of trust in them now, going to start using protonmail, but too late.

 

But the main thing is, please help me recover my old nexus account.

It has a list of favorites which is really important to me, mainly. It'd be nice to keep using it too but I understand that it might be hard to get access to an old account back.

 

In short I would like to know everything I can prove or show to make this as easy as possible if there are any mods etc who could help. I can absolutely provide real proof that should not be known unless I'm the real account holder.

 

Just to point out, I'm even ok with not having access but just having the lists of saved mods/followed mods. That's all I need although access to my old account would be nice. If I can change the email away from dumb gmail that would be great too.
