Trrafide Posted September 3, 2021 Share Posted September 3, 2021 I'm sure this getting old for the Moderators... but, I was Premium, and thought I had upgraded to the new one. Apparently I haven't. So when I go to the Buy Premium link it still shows the $4.99 per month $4.17per year. I could have sworn it went up. I have tried two different cards, and one sends me a confirmation code, yet I still get the "Something has gone Wrong" white page. I've cleared all cookies, and cache. not sure what it is I'm doing wrong. Edit: It shows under my name as premium, but I get messages that I have to be premium to do certain things.. liveAimingPhaseOne Posted September 6, 2021 Share Posted September 6, 2021 I've got the same problem - premium shouldve been automatically renewed, but wasnt - now I try to buy it again and the "something went wrong page" pops up / doesnt matter if paypal or credit card option. I've forwarded your details to our developers to fix the problem, however, we have some staff holiday this week which may be it'll take a bit of time to fix.
