Curious about performance

So I guess to start out.

I have a system with a GTX 690

I7 3770K @ stock

2TB HDD (have a SSD for OS, but didn't want to put Skyrim on there)

16GB DDR 3 at 1866

Creative SB X-Fi Titanium

Mods I'm Running

Skyrim High 2K Texture Mod (Full)

Beautiful Eyes

Beautiful Females by Bellah

SkyUI

Ihud

So here's the problem. It seems my FPS is hanging around 32. I've moved AA and AF up and down in addition to the resolution as well. I've also decreased the the distance settings and attempted to turn Vsync off and no matter what I do I seem so hang around 32 FPS . Although the GTX 690 has 4GB of ram on it, because it is divided into 2GB per GPU is that bottlenecking the game? I'm at a loss to explain why I'm only running at 32FPS.

ENB = software rendering... so that eats performance

But 32 FPS seems low. I have a GTX680/4GB and get ~40-45 FPS outside and 60 inside on a heavily modded game.

See what happens when you disable SLI for tesv.exe, it has little use anyway for this game

Also make sure you set the correct values on driver level and in game

Driver

Disable; AA, FXAA, AO

Enable; AF 16x

Set; Texture filtering - Quality

Skyrim Launcher;

Disable; AA, FXAA, AF

Texture settings; Ultra

Try configuring the game in your nvidia control panel?

I have tried doing that with no effect. However, one thing of interest to note. I added WATER to the mod list of what is and isn't installed and when I ran it again my frame rate was cut in half I'm now down to 16FPS... I'm considering uninstalling and starting from scratch. I'm also going to start using the NMM. But as I add mods in I will test out the framerate to see what I am getting, and then list the steps here if anyone is curious
