furzball
Sorry for multiple requests. Looking for someone to make a mod that changes the direction character holds the blades. Sorta like kite in dot hack.
gdarknight
The way a character holds the weapons is determined by the main nodes in the nif. OBSE can change how the game engine sees the weapon, but the animations and grip positions will not always be correct. Even if new nifs were made with the weapon direction reversed on the main node, new animations would need to be made in order to employ the weapons in the tradition of samurai and ninjas. -------------------------------------------------------------------------If anyone knows otherwise, please correct me. Eshenaleros
there's a few dagger mods that do this, and because of the shortness of the weapons it looks pretty good, but I think a longsword or akiviri katana might prove to be a bit... dumb looking when applied with the animations "Oh a bandit? I'll hit him with the back of my sword to deal the blade's damage!"
