I like donating to the Nexus. It's an essential service in PC gaming as far as I'm concerned. I've been chipping in a few dollars every now and then for years. And here comes the: *but* these "unlimited premium speeds" have been lackluster for several years now and I don't understand how it's still like this. Maybe it's just me, and if that's the case please disregard this, but I don't think it is. I remember a time many years ago when subscribing to premium meant getting to use all my bandwidth to download; now I get better speeds on the free CDN than I do on any premium server, and that's not new. It should be noted that I live in Kansas City and the route to the Chicago server should be my cleanest and least congested option. I really do love you Nexus guys and gals so don't get it twisted, but why are we calling this premium?

It doesn't look like you did all the tests, but than you for providing some of the information. (Please add the missing test info when you can!)

 

From the look of it, you simply have really bad routing to our servers, this is quite likely down an an ISP issue or just a bad connection along the "hops" between your PC and our servers. As the speed is bad for all servers that does imply the problem is closer to your end of the line than ours.

 

Are you able to test your speeds with a VPN to see if that helps?
