ericws
I changed the road leathers female to remove the shirt sleeves and leather "bracers" . When "saving as" the lower part of the save window, the "Project" section, saves just fine. The upper, "BodySlide" section, doesn't. The "Output File Name" box has the exact file name as the original file name, which is RaiderUnderArmorF that I got from Meshes\armor\RaiderUnderArmor folder. I am expecting, when I hit the save button, to see the .nif file update, but it doesn't. The original creation time stamp stays the same. I even put the entire file path all the way back to C:\Program Files...... into the "Output Data Path" box and it still doesn't update the file. As far as I know, that "Output data Path" is supposed to be the game file path, which is the Data\Meshes\ armor\......etc. path. Right?? So can anybody tell me what I'm doing wrong? ericws
Oh, great! The exact same problem I am having and there are no replies. I have a little work around that works sometimes for some outfits, aaand sometimes not. I have not figured out why. After the failed save I reload the project then instead of "Save Project as" I use "Export > Nif" then target the game file location for the outfit. In your case that would be "Meshes\armor\ RaiderUnderArmor ". The name of the exported .nif should be the RaiderUnderArmorF.nif. Like I said, sometimes this works fine and other times not, totally do not understand why. Now that I have started the reply ball rolling so to speak, maybe someone else will feel this post worthy of some attention. I hope so, like I said I would love an answer to the original save problem, which I myself am plagued with. Luck!

robotized
If this is for CBBE, File->Load Project->CBBE Vanilla.osp, then choose "CBBE Vanilla - Raider Underarmor" from the list. Make whatever edits you want. Delete the BodyZap slider. Create new zap slider for the reference body, according to the edits you did to the outfit(skin that's not visible should be zapped). Change zap slider setting to be on by default. When ready to save, go to File->Save Project As...Change the Display Name to a custom one and press the button [To Project]Output File Name stays the same - RaiderUnderArmorFOutput Data Path also stays the same - Meshes\Armor\RaiderUnderarmorAll the file names and paths in the "Project" section below are already filled, because you press the button [To Project]Leave enabled the option - Copy reference shape into outputExtracting as nif is not viable for bodies like CBBE, because you loose all slider data and without a slider set you can't conform the outfit to a body shape. To see your work in the game, first you have to open BodySlide, choose the slider set for the outfit, choose a body preset and press Build.
