Captcha pain loses my work

I'm signed into my Nexus Account. I am editing my reply to a personal message in my Nexus mail box. It's quite a long reply.

 

I send it.

 

What do I get? That bl**dy Captcha screen up. Being a USA thing, it becomes apparent I (as a British person) failed to recognise all the USA trucks. Hardly surprising. The validation failed.

 

And I return to my message to find I LOST all my editing work. :mad: :mad: :mad:

 

Since I am actually logged into my Nexus Account and in my personal mail box, I cannot understand why I have to face this Captcha trash screen. Please find another way to do this.

Sorry to hear you lost your PM text. I know it can be annoying (happened to me before). The captcha won't show on just any PM, but just in general you may want to copy a PM (especially long ones) into your clipboard before you send it. That way you can always just paste it back in if a captcha happens, or if there is some other disturbance (internet cutting out). That habit will save you a lot of frustration.
