I also tried looking in items/body parts but also found nothing. I want to modify the bra of Yennefer that she wears in the begging in the game, in Geralt's dream in Kaer Moehen. Inside it is a reference to the w2mesh you are interested in & the textures you seek are near there. I can console myself that this isnt directly helping but is just a hint.
