NVSE won't launch the game but the main FalloutNV.exe does.

So when i was playing the game with the script extender since august nothing happened even with Windows 10. Until when i completed the Old World Blues DLC,

after the jukebox explained that he "saved BIG M.T from a sonic invasion in the 30th century" the game just stopped and caused me to hard restart my computer and when i got back to steam it somehow half of FNV was gone i reinstalled it and now when i try to launch New Vegas with the script extender, it refuses to do so. Here's what i learned so far.

New Vegas refuses to launch with anything related to the main NVSE files, if they are gone the game launches fine.

My Mods aren't the culprit of the reason why it doesn't want to launch, despite me having nearly 140 of them.

Yes, i have tried to launch them with compatibility at windows 7, yes i have installed the Redists files and yes i launched the game with admin and verified the files and even reinstalled the game, yet it always doesn't want to launch if NVSE is involved.

If somehow someone manages to find a fix towards this please tell me, this problem is bugging me from when it started happening.

My Computer Specs:

CPU: AMD-FX-6300 Six-Core Processor

CPU Speed: 3.50 GHz

Graphics Card: NIVIDIA GeForce GTX 650

DVRAM (Dedicated Video RAM): Unknown

Resolution: 1680 x 1050

RAM: 12.0GB

Harddrive Space Left: 147GB

Laptop?: No

OS: Windows 10 PRO

Version: 2004

32 or 64?: 64 Bits

New Vegas Source: Steam

Obtained on: August 14

Patches: Stutter Fix with Windows 10 fix. NVAC, 4GB Patch.

Folder Location: A:\Steam Games\steamapps\common\Fallout New Vegas

Game Version/Patch Version i think: Fallout New Vegas Patch 1.4.0.525

All DLCs obtained and installed in the correct loading order

Mod Manager: Nexus Mod Manager

No Construction Kits

New Vegas Script Extender: xNVSE version 6.2.3

Steam Overlay

4GB Patch Installed

It worked until last week with the OWB ending, half of New Vegas was missing.

Tried to Verify 1 file was missing but that was intentional, i redid the INI files but it refused to launch

Hide known file extensions: on but i have no idea what to look for.

My game was running smoothly at 60 FPS and i wasn't trying to go over the border.

You can put the numbers in yourself, i don't want to individually insert a number for 158 plugins.Note
Note to literally everyone: If you have extracted 2 mods into the data files there's a chance it'll break the game forcing you to remove everything and redownloading it again.
The 2 mods in question are: The Frontier (Never ever download that manually unless your a god at modding) and Who Vegas (Complete Edition (Github))

Okay, before you hate things, try running NVSE outside of your mod manager. It has some setup and integration it needs to do outside of mod managers. When you get to the main, in game menu, open the console and type in getNVSEversion. That will tell you if it is installed and running. I always install things like NVSE into the game folder manually. You can have your mod manager running while you do this. Then quit out of the game, and then try running NVSE in your mod manager. Should work. You should get a quick, with nothing on it, command prompt window, then it will go into the game itself.

Just a little advice on posting, please, when you are posting a list of mods, to please put them into a spoiler. It will look something like the below when I do it. But the command, without spaces is [ spoiler ] list of mods [ /spoiler ].

158 plugins is about 25 too many. The game starts to have problems at around 130 +/- mod files. If you have any other mods that do not show on the load order, they can affect the performance also.

All of those disabled mods also count towards the total number of files you can run. Remove any of the unused plugins and then continue to remove one you don't use. Or, you could use the Mod Limit Fix.

Merging mods is one way to go to reduce your mod count, as well. There should be guides, and videos on how to merge mods through Vortex. I would imagine it might be a little more tedious in Vortex. However, Merge plugins by Mator the Eternal is what you are looking for.
