It doesn't have lots of endorsements so make sure you give it yours :thumbsup: AllTameable Taming Overhaul This mod will let you not only tame Deers but any other creature too while still trying to make the action immersive through a series of requirements for each creature.Let us know if this was what you were looking for or perhaps you were willing to change Deer behavior when tamed for more specific purposes. If you are willing to teleport your tamed beast with you, this mod might be useful as well: Teleport Everything May your road lead you to warm sands, friend.
