Premium Download Speed Issues

Hi! Having some download speed issues. Purchased Premium on the announcement back a month ago, though I noticed this issue in the past when I was just buying a single month while building new modlists. I'd be fine with even doubling the free speed to at least 4mb/s, so this is pretty disappointing :(

Hmm looks like there may be a routing problem (possible ISP related as Comcast is commonly an issue). Are you able to try it using a VPN?

Using the paid version of ProtonVPN I don't see any improvement, though it's also not any worse, if that's useful information. :c Is the routing issue something that can be fixed on my end? Or is this just something I'm stuck with.
