Knightsundere
Hi! Having some download speed issues. Purchased Premium on the announcement back a month ago, though I noticed this issue in the past when I was just buying a single month while building new modlists. I'd be fine with even doubling the free speed to at least 4mb/s, so this is pretty disappointing :(Country: USA/CaliforniaInternet Service Provider (ISP): Comcast/XfinityAverage Download Speed (non-Nexus downloads): 40MB/s Download tests:Amsterdam: 385 kbpsPrague: 370 kbpsLA: 3.0MB/sChicago: 1.0MB/sMiami: Could not connect?Premium CDN: 2.6MB/sDownload links: Large File: https://cf-files.nexusmods.com/cdn/1704/1137/9.30.1-1137-9-30-1-1618083404.zip?md5=5alGu0HuDpKrA2X86ESH9g&expires=1631988096&user_id=101162628&rip=73.41.194.63Small File:https://la-premium.nexus-cdn.com/110/607/COMPLETE%20FULL-607-1-7.zip?md5=Ydrr-oweEM3MOICCMgmx1g&expires=1631988127&user_id=101162628&rip=73.41.194.63TraceRoute results: Tracing route to files.nexus-cdn.com [185.180.13.131] over a maximum of 30 hops: 1 1 ms 1 ms 1 ms 10.0.0.1 2 10 ms 9 ms 8 ms 96.120.14.153 3 10 ms 10 ms 9 ms 68.87.213.125 4 11 ms 11 ms 11 ms 68.85.196.193 5 15 ms 14 ms 15 ms be-36431-cs03.sunnyvale.ca.ibone.comcast.net [96.110.41.105] 6 15 ms 15 ms 15 ms be-1312-cr12.sunnyvale.ca.ibone.comcast.net [96.110.46.30] 7 15 ms 14 ms 19 ms be-301-cr12.9greatoaks.ca.ibone.comcast.net [96.110.37.170] 8 16 ms 16 ms 15 ms be-1212-cs02.9greatoaks.ca.ibone.comcast.net [68.86.166.145] 9 16 ms 15 ms 16 ms be-1211-cr11.9greatoaks.ca.ibone.comcast.net [68.86.166.142] 10 23 ms 23 ms 22 ms be-304-cr11.losangeles.ca.ibone.comcast.net [96.110.36.157] 11 24 ms 23 ms 23 ms be-1311-cs03.losangeles.ca.ibone.comcast.net [96.110.45.177] 12 25 ms 23 ms 24 ms be-2311-pe11.losangeles.ca.ibone.comcast.net [96.110.33.10] 13 23 ms 22 ms 23 ms 50.248.116.138 14 22 ms 23 ms 22 ms vl201.lax-cs2-dist-1.cdn77.com [185.229.188.53] 15 24 ms * 24 ms unn-185-180-13-131.datapacket.com [185.180.13.131] Trace complete. Pickysaurus
Hmm looks like there may be a routing problem (possible ISP related as Comcast is commonly an issue). Are you able to try it using a VPN?
Knightsundere
Using the paid version of ProtonVPN I don't see any improvement, though it's also not any worse, if that's useful information. :c Is the routing issue something that can be fixed on my end? Or is this just something I'm stuck with.
