Strip hungry companions

Heya, so I'm having an issue with Veronica atm. Just picked her up, we fought some mole rats or something not too far from the highway, then I turn around and find out she's unequipped her armor. I do some further research and start trading with her, and when I do she ends up becoming a floating head. She won't equip any armor or clothes except for the space suit I have on me, strangely enough. I was curious as to what could be causing this and how I might go about fixing it. Here's the load order:

 

EDIT: Looks like it's drag's npc overhaul, how might I troubleshoot this? Is it doable through xedit?

You are trying to run too many game files. If you are not using the Mod Limit Fix, you will not be able to run the game with the load order you are using.

I currently have the mod limit fix. It's installed in my nvse in plugins in my new vegas games folder.
