Need help Texturing

Hello,

 

I've recently retextured a model in photoshop (something I've done successfully multiple times), however, this time, when I apply the texture in the Geck, it appears distorted, like it's the wrong texture map for the model. I've tried it with a few other textures too, and I get the same problem. don't know what could be wrong, because it is the right texture for the model. If anyone has advice, I'd be grateful. Thanks!

Ahh might be I don't mess with porting from other games if I can't make it from scratch or tweaking I won't use it. Off the top of my head you might need to redo the UV wrap.

Okay, I think I discovered my problem, when I save the texture in photoshop, it seems to only save half the texture. I don't really know what to do. I've never encountered this kind of issue before...
