Am I doing something wrong?

Hello Mods,

I Really hope you can help me!

I'm very new to the construction of mods, but I really want to learn how to do it.

A friend of mine the best way to do this is by looking at the official site for a tutorial and sit down and try everything.

But when I sat down to do so, started up TES Construction set and wanted to load the Morrowind.esm master file, I got an error.

"

Animation Group Note Problem. See warning.txt file.

Continue running executable? Yes/ No.

"

If that isn't bad enough, the program keeps giving the error message till you obediently click 'No' and it shuts down.

So far, I can't do anything.

And yes, I looked at the warning.txt file.

A lot of stuff I don't get.. this is just the last fragment of a LONG list:

"

Bad note string "SoundGen: Right" frame 4222 in "base_anim.nif".

Bad note string "SoundGen: Left" frame 4253 in "base_anim.nif".

Bad note string "SoundGen: Right" frame 4273 in "base_anim.nif".

Bad note string "SoundGen: Land" frame 4303 in "base_anim.nif".

Bad note string "Sound: CrossbowShoot" frame 4598 in "base_anim.nif".

Bad note string "Sound: CrossbowPull" frame 4601 in "base_anim.nif".

Bad note string "Sound: BowPull" frame 4646 in "base_anim.nif".

Bad note string "Sound: BowShoot" frame 4657 in "base_anim.nif".

Animation group note problem. See Warnings.txt file.

"

What can I do to get rid of this error, so that I finally can start learning?

Thanks for your time,

Seth

PS: I don't know much programming either... so please explain it as you would to a 12 year old :S

This has been completely solved, so...

Locked.

Oh, also, this forum is for recruiting teams for mod projects, please be careful to post threads in the correct areas. ;)
