Skyrim SE graphics glitch help needed.

So my load order from 0-134 but I got 143 active mods I think some are not visible on Vortex plugins.
I need help figuring out why my Skyrim se has this strange graphical issue

I also have achievements mod enabler, MCM, Bug Fixes v3, SSE Fixes v3, Engine Fixes, BodySlide and Outfit Studio, FallrimTools, Animation Motion Revolution, NetScriptFramework, Spell Perk Item Distributor, Smooth Magic Casting, UNDERDOG Animations, CATA, Vanargand Animations Sprint, idle, walk, and run, Thu'um Animated Shouts, XP32 MSSE, Nemesis PCEA, 1 Frame Landing, Jump Behavior Overhaul, 360 Movement Behavior, SkyrimParaglider, MCM and ENB Helper, Culminated ENB with Azurite Weathers and RLO-Interiors only.

I installed Reshade once, and a preset I do not remember which one...But during installation I clicked x to cancel (Not smart), then I reinstalled it so that I could access the deinstallation, then deinstalled, not sure if there's still something left that's busting up my game due to not having Reshade installed...ShadeCache in my Data, but nothing in the folder...I really have no clue what's happening, btw I have reinstalled SSE twice, I've rebuilt my load order via reinstallation of each mod, I've verified game integrity 6 times on various occasions for various reasons.
No matter what I do this issue remains.

Yeah that didn't work, seems no one has this issue anywhere, nothing similar at all.
I might be using the wrong words, graphic, graphics bug, black sky...What would this classify as a lighting issue or weather or texture...Dunno?
Also are you saying that I should be posting over on that forum? I thought this wouldn't be the right one :/

We can really only deal with mechanical issues related to mod installation. There are better game-related forums to deal with mod operation.

 

That said - your problem is common to many people.

You can't debug a mod problem by throwing 100 mods all in at once.

In your specific case, I would suggest a few things.

Purge and disable all your mods in Vortex.

Re-install Skyrim again - just because of changes ENB might have made to the game directory...

Verify your game - again.

Run your game. Any visual artifacts now? Suspect your GPU.

Add one ENB mod. Add nothing else until that works.

Add additional ENB mods, checking results after each.

Once all your ENB related mods are verified working, you can (slowly) start adding back sets of regular mods.

You might need to use the reinstall dropdown, depending on how careful you have been not deleting mods Vortex installed from your game directory.

 

Make use of the Vortex Profile facility. Set up a Default profile that only contains known working mods. Use a Test profile to try new things.
