If you do not have access to the email address associated with an account and did not set up any additional account recovery options we cannot verify you as the owner. As per our Terms of Service: "It is your responsibility to ensure the email address attached to your account is up-to-date. In the event of you losing access to your account, your email address is the only method that can be used to reclaim your account."
