Melvyn
I'm having a strange issue. After installing some armour mods last night, merging into a zEdit merge with some other simple armour mods and finally creating an Automated Leveled List addon, I loaded into my game (which had been running very stable thus far) and found several items missing from mine as well as my follower's inventory, who was standing there in the nude. I myself was missing an amulet added by a mod which I had not touched at all. I would've simply re-added the item, but its effect was still present (albeit unlisted). I'm afraid that's the case with other effects such as increased weapon damage and the like.Going back to my player home I found several items missing from mannequins as well, although I couldn't say which items that would be. The one thing I do know is that the two items I know are missing are from mods which had been previously merged with zEdit, but which were completely fine - I have one merge for simple armours, which I rebuilt last night, and one for Mihail's creatures (which also added the aforementioned amulet), but which I hadn't touched in forever. So far I've tried uninstalling the new armour mods and rebuilding the merges, dispelling all magic effects, cleaning the save file, all to no avail. I really have no clue what happened. I'm pretty sure it has nothing to do with any one particular mod, least of all the recent armours, and rather the merging or the Automated Leveled List Addon...if anyone has any idea of what happened I'd very much appreciate it.Failing that, I'd settle for any way of getting rid of effects which shouldn't be there anymore (dispel all won't do it). Cheers!
IsharaMeradin
Test on a new game to see if the missing items are present. The goal is to determine if the merge(s) function as intended. If things work properly on a new game, there is a chance that the merge process changed some existing form IDs which would cause affected objects that were previously loaded to no longer load correctly if they do load. No fix that I know of other than to start a new game. If things do not work properly on a new game, then you've got a bigger issue that needs to be resolved first.
