BigRucky Posted August 1, 2013 Posted August 1, 2013 I have loaded all the essentials for running mods. I ran the setup for FOOK2, and the files appear in my Data directory; however, when I run FOMM, it doesn't show them (it only show's Fallout 3 and its DLCs minus Zeta). What am I doing wrong?
blove Posted August 2, 2013 Posted August 2, 2013 When you installed your outdated version of FOOK2 to your copy of Fallout 3 in Program Files you did not do so as an administrator and now your User Account Controls are messing with you.
BigRucky Posted August 2, 2013 Author Posted August 2, 2013 I downloaded Fallout 3 to my Games folder rather than my program files. Where can I get an updated FOOK2 file, and how do I make sure I downloaded it as an administrator?

blove Posted August 2, 2013 Posted August 2, 2013 What is your load order? Crashes before the splash screen or after? Before is likely a missing master and after is likely a missing XML inlcude.

I've tried each mod separately from the others, and all work except for FOOK2. I also leave Mart's Mutant Mod - DLC Zeta.esp unselected as I do not have Mothership Zeta. M48A5 Posted August 2, 2013 Posted August 2, 2013 From what I can gather from the FOOK2 description page, you need all the DLCs in order to use FOOK2 - [DIK] DLC Improvement Kit.ESM. Have you tried to start the game without the DIK?

blove Posted August 3, 2013 Posted August 3, 2013 You will need BrokenSteel FOOK2 patch by BAN. It allows Broken Steel to start if running Broken Steel and FOOK2 without FOOK2 DIK. It also has the custom race ending fix included in FOOK2.
