Texture Corruption on weapon when others use my mod

I finaly got around to completing and textureing properly one of the weapons i started back when Fallout first came out, it works in game it has all the TEX STAT Sound and particle and impact effects etc everything, works perfectly on my computer.

 

Yet when others try to run it they get corrupted textures on the weapon, but everything else works, the sounds particles etc.

 

Ive deleted all the extra files in my Fallout dir and unpacked the mod itself.. and it still works perfectly for me, so there are no missing files.(this included esp files incase it was using another file I made as a master)

I checked texture paths incase I somehow was using full paths such as C:\fallout3\ etc instead of properly trunckcated.

 

All fine.

Checked invalidateolder files Archiveinvalidation etc all fine.
