LE Mod Save Request. PLEASE HELP!

Basically What I'd like is for someone to create a modded save for me that I can put right into my PS3.
I only want 5 mods so I don't think it would take too long. But I honestly don't know.

According to this; <link removed> it's doable.
I followed the links and learned I could use those saves if I wanted to. They aren't just Hex Edits either. They have Whole towns and NPCs. But I just want 5 very specific mods.

They are:
-Tera Armor (I really want the male armor from picture 4)

-Sasuke Sword style (I wanted to copy the Breton race and create a new one. No changes except the skeleton. That way my Char would be unique. Also There seem to be different files for this one, changing closeness. I just want it to fit the Tera armor mentioned above.)

Also I wanted to start out at the beginning. Like I never moded at all and these things are just part of the game.

 

Lastly, I was very interested in doing this myself, and tried to learn as much as possible. But to no avail. I could not for the life of me find a guide for creating saves.
