Problem with Skyrim SE, All Guards appear blue

So i've been installing lots of mods recently, and for some reason now when i start the game. All The guards have blue armors, just blue.

I've been disabling all Armor, clothing and other mods. Nothing is helping. I have about 90 mods installed

Does anyone knows how to solve this issue?
