How to share mod profile on different computer

I am trying to save my modlist or "profile" and give it to my son on his computer so we can play valheim with the same mods. Is there a way I can put the profile on his computer so he can just download all the files, instead of having to download each one individually? Sorry if this has been answered, I used the search nothing came up.
