CTD 5-10 seconds right after the begining of the main menu intro

Hello everyone and thank you for your help with a big issue i have been facing for a couple times now:

 

First of all:

 

-I have been using mods for a long time already without a big problem so far;

-NVSE installed;

-Original legit Steam copy bought on july 2013;

-Using NMM and FOMM;

-Pretty decent rig, never had any problem with that.

-Fallout NV 4gb

 

My game always stop working and get back to windows right after a couple seconds in the intro. I have been trying MANY rhings to get it back to work, re-verifying all my load order by myself and with BOSS, All the master pluggins seems to be correct otherwise it wouldn't even start the game (I think?), I've re-installed the game 3 times already and trying to run the games with only 2 cores. I'm really starting to go desesperate right now... I have never been facing something so hard to resolve since I have been modding Fallout nor Skyim.

 

PS: I also have a common error when trying to start the game without any mod saying: Steam error application load error 5:0000065434. My FNV directory folder is installed in my B:\ directory instead than in the C:\ directory which is my main directory.

 

If someone would have ANY IDEAS that could help I would be so thankful!!!

99% of the time a Crash to Desktop (CTD) happens is due to certain files trying to run without their master or required files. For example, trying to run Project Nevada DLC patches without Project Nevada it's self will cause a CTD on start up. Can you post your load order?

EVE fnv - you must use only 1 of them, not the three. I'd recommend you to also download FNVEdit for checking conflicts like this one and creating merged patches.

Edit: for the steam error without mods installed, go to steam and choose verify cache.

As cccddd123 said, the "EVE - All DLCs" and the "EVE - DLCs" are both trying to change the same thing, but in opposite directions. Since you have all DLCs and GRA installed, Disable "EVE - No DLCs" and "EVE - No GRA". I also suggest using FNVEdit, it's simple to use and can save you a lot of hassle.

Problem solved!!! Because of you my friend! My Unified HUD project was causing the CTD and had to be re-activated and i'd also created my merged patch, which problably helped!
