Crash when entering interiors such as Dragonsreach?

I know that I have a lot of mods installed, but I actually re installed skyrim with fewer mods than my last install had which ran stable and smoothly. But now it seems as if every time i enter an area indoors such as the inn at Riverwood and the Dragonsreach it CTD, no errors, no nothing. I use Skyrim Performance Moniter to see if it was my RAM usage but im only getting 1700 MB, max i ever got was 2100 MB, which is far from the 3.1 limit. It helps because I use windowed mode as well. I use BOSS and have my bashed patch installed. there are no errors in my BOSS report. I even set the quality down to LOW to trouble shoot, even though my default is always set to ultra. I have included a load order and I was wondering if anyone could help me with advice as to what the cause might be.

Make sure BOSS is actually sorting. Have either of you UNinstaled any mods that have Scripts? From what i read it can reak Havok in a save game.
