Issue with dialogue from custom quest and npc

I put a topic for greeting and for some reason when I initiate the dialogue it zooms out my npc and shows my torso away from my first person view? Anyone dealt with this before?

The NPC doesn't have a valid greeting. Check the conditions for your custom greeting.
