Andythefreezer
just had a new one: I was somewhere near ravenrock, and a slave runs up to me and tells me "Those Raiders put explosives on me" Me being the knight in shining armor and a quite good explosives skill decided to help her. I get a message: "You succesfully disarmed the explosives..." Then the slave runs a few yards and BAM! his head explodes???? WTF
UncleRoe
yeah that happened to me when i first started. saw a couple slavers carrying a line of 3 or so slaves. one oe them asked me to take the collar off and i accidentally end their life.. then the slavers and the rest of the slaves go hostile on me. i THINK..not sure..but i think... you may need a high explosives or science skill to diffuse the collar correctly
Crawlerz
since reading the collectible fallout 3 guide I decided to try a tactic mentioned there for fun & enjoyment. a mutant bloatfly (or maybe I'm mistaken about its name) attacked me. I took to a hunting rifle and aimed at its BRAIN (not its head or eyeses) - and disabled it WITHOUT KILLING with one shot. from then on it developed a kind of schizophrenia where it just weant around flying but NOT shooting at me anymore. cool

UncleRoe
this has happened to me more than once. i'd ambush a super mutant group, either by using grenades or a sniper rifle..the one i hit first drops to the ground and goes limp but is still alive!. i can still target it in vats lol..if you ever see this stay on your gaurd. these things can still shoot at you. ZeonicGlory
Clearly it's shooting you by muscle spasm! Kind of like how my trigger finger tends to "be a reflex" whenever I point a gun at an NPC...
Vestervalen
The last funny thing I did was plant mines in front of behemoth cage in Evergreen Mills.I brought all mines I stored in my house.I planted about 200 mines. Then, I try to shoot it. And cool mate, my vault girl thrown away almost as high as Tenpenny Tower. Then I freed the behemoth and when it passed the mines, BOOM!!! I looked at the sky and, behemoth's craps falling from sky.Priceless moment for me. It just so funny. But from that action, I found that you can shoot mines to blow, but not grenades. :thanks:
spawnlod
Not sure if its been said yet but after the Broken Steal quest. If you go to underworld and see the ghoul selling Aqua Cura. He is scamming all the local ghouls, after you find the proof that hes scamming the ghouls, they all riot and kill him. He has a wig that he was wearing, claiming that the Aqua Cura helped him grow his hair back. I gave it to my Companion Charion and he quickly put it on. LOL, It was rather funny seeing a Ghoul with a bad wig wearing Enclave power armor.
evilneko
The way the head detaches from the body when you headshot an Enclave soldier never ceases to amuse me. I've also had an amusing encounter with one of those explosive-trapped wastelanders. He ran up to me, yelled "I got a bomb on me!" or something to that effect, and then, without giving me a chance to do anything about it, ran off. I finished off the nearby Enclave, and went to find him. I did, just in time to watch him go boom. Shortly after I rescued Dogmeat, I was prowling around in/near the DC area with the mutt in tow. Suddenly, some super muties open fire on me from a building. I'm running around trying to find cover because I don't know where the fire is coming from yet, but Dogmeat does! He charges into the building, and I follow, only to find the muties are on the second floor. As I'm trying to find the stairs, Dogmeat's already up there. At this point, I was worried I'd lose the mutt. I'd read that he was easily killed. He's tougher than I thought apparently, as when I finally joined him up there, I swear he had forced one of the muties to drop his gun and was engaged in melee combat. I quickly finish him off, and Dogmeat goes after the next one. As soon as Dogmeat gets hold of him, the second one drops his minigun to melee the dog! And then there are the Enclave guys with Rippers I run into every once in a while... though that might be a MMM thing. A definite MMM thing: Went into Canterbury once, rezzed Dom and Machete, then noticed something not human running around. I chase after it, and find one of MMM's Geckos. It's friendly.... to me. It hates Derek, the little kid there. Now, being that I have MMM running, I've fortified CC with extra bots and turrets (Buildable Bots and Placeable Equipment mods). Whenever the gecko catches up to Derek, the entire town, my bots, my turrets, even the townspeople, all turn on the poor kid. (My guess.. some sort of weird glitch with MMM, Animal Friend, and possibly also related to the Bryan Wilks thing mentioned a few times here)
nekoali
Nah, I don't have MMM and I run into Enclave with rippers on occasion. I think they're pretending to be Space Marines with chainswords. :)
