SSE = Shout disabled by Amazing Follower Tweaks

I just started playing SSE after working through everything in the vanilla version, as I figured that made sense before I started any DLCs. I only installed a couple of mods (see below). My problem is that Amazing Follower Tweaks conflicts with something, and when I press the Shout key (no matter what it is tied to) I get the Tweak Options dialog instead. I have tested this a couple of times and Shout fails with AFT enabled and works with it disabled. Anyone have any idea what is wrong ? Load Order ? Wrong version of AFT ?
