Explosive input/output damage management?

I've finally got my game the right level of (insanely high) difficulty, though not in the "usual" way I guess.. low damage out, high damage in. As well as a million mods that add to everything else that can make the game difficult (high ranks/spawns, new creatures, etc).

 

However if I even look in the direction of a grenade, I instantly die.. even with 11-12 endurance, and full x-01 power armor. And yet my grenades do next to know dmg, even with maxed demolitions.. which is supposed to be a HUGE part of my build..

 

Is there anything, like the .skk damage management mod or something, that would allow me to fully tweak grenade damage on both incoming and outgoing? Or even something that lets me change what each grenade does specifically?...
