Totallynotasumo
Anytime i enter an interior, which so far includes Mojave outpost, all casino, the entire Strip, Camp golf and so on and so on, the screen bright up a bit, this stays even after i goes out to "outdoor" area, though only for like 4 seconds, like the game adjusting itself when im inside or not. This leads to me being blinded by the sun for 4 seconds straight. Not only that for some reason some bright areas in Strip keeps getting brighter and brighter. Even after disabling ILO, Legacy Texture and RWL it still stays the same. Though another playthrough of mine doesn't have that problem, only this specific one. While trying the bug again for this post by going in and out of vault 21, the strip is now purplish white at night, waiting till daytime keeps the brightness though it adjust itself after 2-3 seconds or so. Already re-install RWL and it patch, didn't fix any, was thinking of downloading all 3 again but that takes too much time because internet. M48A5
I don't know what you used to sort your load order or is you did it yourself, but everything after FalloutNV.esm is wrong. I suggest you educate yourself on how to sort a load order or install one of the many mod managers available on Nexus Mods. You can start here: Fallout New Vegas - Nexus Mods Wiki
Totallynotasumo
I know the loadorder.txt is weird, but i went along with it anyway (because im dum as rock at modding) and i assure you the .txt is wrong. This is my modlist.txt that is accurate to what my load order in my MO2 is (this one is backwards in priority so highest priority is the very top). I probably should have went with this one instead -FNV Realistic Wasteland Lighting Patch-FNV Realistic Wasteland Lighting-Legacy Reborn Texture Pack-Official Pipboy Readius - New Vegas Edition-Pipboy Readius workaround fixes+MCM BugFix 2+The Mod Configuration Menu+WMX Compat Fallout 3 Weapons Restoration+Self Spotter and Search Perks+Stimpak Hotkey (JIP LN NVSE)+Better Pack Rat Perk+Encumbrance Remover Perk+Titans of The New West+MK117 Prototype Combat Power Armor Voiced and Weapons+Reinforced Chinese Stealth Suit - NV v2dot2+Advanced Recon Stealth Armor+Advanced Recon Thermal Nightvision+Limitless Stats+Universal Pip-Boy Customization+The Weapon Mod Menu+Monocyte Breeder Implant Improved+Hitmisc. - hitman47101's kNVSE Animations on Hitman Anim S1+Hitmisc. - hitman47101's kNVSE Animations on F3 Weapon Restore+Hitmisc. - hitman47101's kNVSE Animations on Modern Milennia+Weapons of the Modern Millenia+Fallout 3 Weapons Restoration+Fallout 3 Weapons Iron Sight -Modders Resource- V1dot3+ECUIP - Enhanced Clear User Interface Project+JAM - Just Assorted Mods+UIO - User Interface Organizer+Num 48 Implant GRX Activator Hotkey+Perk Every Level+More Perks Fixed+More Traits DMDLC+More Traits HHDLC+More Traits OWBDLC+More Traits+More Perks+Unlimited Traits+A World Of Pain Compat WMX+A World Of Pain+kNVSE Animation Plugin+JIP Improved Recipe Menu+trade caps for max hp+Cyborg - Thermal and Nightvision Implants+WMVM - Weapon Mod Vending Machine+Weapon Animations Replacer FOMOD+Hit's Anims - Season 1 - AWOP Patch+Hit's Anims - Season 1+Essential DLC Enhancements Merged+Unofficial Patch NVSE Plus+Weapon Mods Expanded DLC - WMXDLC+Weapon Mods Expanded - WMX+NVAC - New Vegas Anti Crash+NVTF - New Vegas Tick Fix+lStewieAl's Tweaks INI+lStewieAl's Tweaks+Yukichigai Unofficial Patch - YUP+JohnnyGuitar NVSE+JIP LN NVSE Plugin*DLC: CaravanPack*DLC: ClassicPack*DLC: DeadMoney*DLC: GunRunnersArsenal*DLC: HonestHearts*DLC: LonesomeRoad*DLC: MercenaryPack*DLC: OldWorldBlues*DLC: TribalPack
M48A5
Correct load order: FalloutNV.esm always first to load, nothing loads before it. DLCs in order of release nothing loads between FNV and DLCs Pre-order packs other .esm files .esp files Read: FNV General Mod Use Advice - Nexus Mods Wiki
SadOrigami
Seems like an "eye adaptation" problem you're describing. If you're using an ENB there should be an option called adaptation under "effects". If not, you could go to every ligthing mod you downloaded and read their description in search for anything that changes the game's default adaptation. In case it's the ENB you can PM me and I will gladly guide you on how to adjust those parameters. But since your other playthrough doesn't have that problem I can't think of anything else, so I hope it's just an ENB bug.
