Need help getting jukebox retexture to work!

I use imageshack for hosting pics.

As far as uploading to Nexus I am still confused. I opened the cleanjukebox01.nif in Nifscope, pointed it to my "Nuka Cola Jukebox" texture folder in Fallout3\Data\Textures to apply the textures, then saved it in Nifscope as "NukaColaJukebox.nif. Then I opened GECK created a new object in the World objects\activator\jukebox tree and imported my model w/textures already applied. Then I saved it as an .esp. So?.. what would I upload? The texture files with a vanilla cleanjukebox.nif mesh and thats all. Like this:

\Data\Meshes\NukaJukeBox\cleanjukebox01.nif

\Data\Textures\NukaJukeBox\etc., etc.,etc.

Or do I need to include the .esp too? I put the JB in my Megaton player home and made a separate .esp for myself but I don't really want to force it into the gameworld anywhere for anyone. I'd rather have people use GECK to put it where they like. I'm just not sure what to include in the upload...the folders AND the .esp OR just the folders?

I may make 2 versions for people...1 they can put where they want....and 1 that would appear in Moriarty's saloon or some such place with a separate .esp.

If it's just a modders reference, you don't need the esp file. All you need is what you already understand, the nif and the dds files stored in unique folders under \meshes and under \textures. The caveat being that if you pointed the textures in your nif originally to the default \textures folder, the GECK (and the game) won't find them if you've moved them to the textures\NukaJukeBox\ folder for export. You will have to edit the nif again and point to the texture files in the textures\NukaJukeBox\ folder. If you include the esp, then you will have to edit the world model in the GECK again, so it points to the nif in the \meshes\NukaJukeBox\ folder as opposed to the default \meshes\ folder. If you've already done that, then no worries!

Finally, unless you are going to specifically place your nuka-jukebox in the game, don't bother including the ESP as it is basically worthless. People would have to make your mod a master to be able to use the nuka juke box in their mod. It makes more sense for them to just add the object themselves from the mesh and textures. The caveat here is that 99% of the people who would download this probably don't know squat about the GECK and even less about creating new world objects and attaching texture sets.

If it were me, I would replace all of the clean nuka cola machines with yours and include the ESP. That way, those who want to see your nuky jukys can by selecting your mod, and those who want to use it as a resource can by NOT selecting your mod but using the meshes and textures themselves and adding them to their own mod. Just let people know they can do this on your Nexus page, because in general, mod developers aren't supposed to use other modders stuff without permission. I know I will DL it as soon as you tell me it's up.
