I have done [player moveto his refid] and it teleports me to an empty spot near where Cicero is when he first comes to the dark brotherhood sanctuary. When I did [prid his refid] I got him selected then typed [moveto player] and he still didn't show up. When I did [player moveto his refid] again, it teleported me to the spot where I supposedly moved him. I have even tried spawning a new Festus, but nothing spawned. How do I fix this? I don't have any mods in particular that I know of that changes him or the dark brotherhood except for "Hidden Dark brotherhood entrances". It has ruined the quest since he has lines that need to be said for the quest to continue and if I try to talk to anyone it says "thi person is busy". I did choose the dark brotherhood for my alternate start. EDIT: Nevermind, not only is he gone, but so is EVERY SINGLE OLD NPC. Same problems apply to them as well.
