Hey all, I'm looking to do a fresh start of skyrim after running into some glitch issues.

Looking for a light mod recommendation for starting fresh.

Only thing I really want to start off with is = females to look more attractive (nudity also) without impacting game performance. Also any recommendations for making the game smoother this time around.

Appreciate your imput!!

Get coverwomen and covereyes. I like Coverwomen look 3. Get UNP for female bodies. Install UNP first, and then get "seamless UNP and Coverwomen look 3" from the coverwomen mod page. You'll get it in the downloads section. It'll give you coverwomen look 3 and the seamless UNP will minimize the neck seam issue. UNP will give you nude females and includes "fem feet", which make the feet of women look more realistic and attractive, instead of ugly and blocky.

If you are playing with mouse and keyboard, get SkyUI. I think it needs SKSE. If you never used SKSE, just read the installation instructions carefully. It isn't too hard to set up. If you use horses, definitely get Convenient Horses. I believe it uses SKSE. Once you install Convenient Horses, you probably shouldn't uninstall it. It is one of those mods best kept up and going once installed. I don't know why someone would get rid of that mod, though. Great mod.

Also, make sure to get "A quality world map". I chose the one that shows all the roadways on the map. It is convenient, for sure.

Keep it simple, start with some armor and weapon mods before you install any bigger stuff.

- Skyrim Mail Armors

- Game of Thrones Armor Contemplation

- Bosmer Armor Pack

- Achilles Armor

- Ancient Greek

just some of my favorites

I'm starting over with Skyrim as well, and I don't think armour mods are the first things you should get. Most of the vanilla armours will be relatively fresh to us, plus there is extra stuff from DLC's.

The first things I would get is

> SKSE, 4gb patch if applicable, any 'mod' relating to performance

> Camera mod, better map mod, general gameplay preference mods (ie no wolf attacks for me)

Then after

> Armour / weapon mods

> Quest / new areas mods

The 4GB patch no longer does anything. It's been that way for months. Not sure why people are still recommending it.

another option is to go for a complete package body mod and armur/cloting all in one

google lady body for skyrim at *site not allowed*

i m not linking the site since it has too many adult adds

it is what my wife uses

only negative point about it that it changes all the vanilla armours aswell and you will not br able to use any of the unp cbbe armours and cloting

but other wise look fabelous

you will still need apache jair or anyother mod tho

If you like playing in third person then I would suggest checking the alternate animation mod that is really cool for mages and swordsman.

"YY Anim Mystic Knight"

This one is personally my favorite, It's a mod that give mudcrabs a top hat and monocole.

"Posh Mudcrabs"

I don't usually add armor mods but this is a great-lore friendly one

"Cloaks of Skyrim"

And if your a pyro mage I would suggest

"Ultimate HD Fire Effects"
