Screen gets dark when other NPCs use glasses.

Hi, I've had a problem for a while now when my screen goes progressively darker as I advance in the game until I can't see anything, even during the day. I ended up realizing that it's because each time an NPC spawns with some kind of glasses or goggles the game applies a shader effect as If I was using them. If I take the glasses from them the screen gets a little lighter and so on..

 

I've tried tracking wich mod is doing this but no idea so far... Any ideas??

So far it looks like turning off New Vegas Redesigned 2 Revised solved the problem...
