Crashing to Desktop Help?

Howdy guys. Just bought up a new rig with one of the new processors and a 670mx graphics card, so i figured I'd give New Vegas another shot on PC. Now I'm no noob to modding, but I'm not much a guru either. I could really use some help and a little education here.

 

Now I installed quite a few of these mods a lot earlier and today and yesterday I installed a few more and now I'm encountering a crash to desktop immediatley after fast travel, and about 15 minutes of general running around. I cant seem to find what is most likely the clashing mods. If ya'll could throw me a bone here or at least point me in the right direction to fix this, well it'd be great and I'd try and pass on my knowledge and help the other people needing it on the forum.

I marked all the mods I installed in the last 2 days in italics and underlined.

I also just installed a very large environment texture replacer, NMC's texture packs; http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/43135//?

I doubt it's the problem but I see the author mentions something about something called NVegas4gb or something or other for better performance.

I would like to direct you back to the mod description page. You should re-read everything on that page. It is obvious you misunderstood what the mod author had to say the first time you read the page.

"Ultra High Quality, maximum resolution graphics. (Typically: 2048 x 2048 Textures & 2048 x 2048 Bumpmaps/Normal maps)
You need to use the 4GB Fallout New Vegas (by MonochromeWench)
mod or you will most likely get slowdowns and crashing and texture glitches and CTD's.

Thanks for pointing that out to me. I'm a bit confused as to installing this thing, and maing it work with FOMM and NVSE.
