Need someone to try and navmesh my dumb mod

I have been creating a mod for the area surrounding Gun Runner's to add more pre war buildings and a garage built around the same time as McCarran Airport's Fortifications, I even including a new Bank teller's 9mm Pistol retexture, and silver bars. However in game I keep crashing due to the buggy nature of my creation, I suspect it has something to do with my navmesh which is all kinds of screwed. I'm basically looking for someone who can test my mod, and repair the navmesh for me. Also please note there is some modded dependencies in this mod, namely AWOP as I had to remove clutter it added, and Weapons of the new millennium's store bot which I had to move off of the repaired road. I don't think I've ever seen my game crash due to bad navmeshes and I've had some pretty TERRIBLE ones auto generated for me. Worst thing that could happen in my experience is the actor spawns somewhere weird or walks through a solid object, neither of which should crash the game. Seems more likely that there is a high resource intensive model (usually from a very ambitious mod) present nearby or that there is simply TOO MUCH stuff placed in one area. At any rate, hope things work out for you!
