Outcasts always hostile after Operation anchorage...

I absolutely hate that OA ends that way. Someone asking you for help, while being jerks to you the entire time and then double crossing you? Not fun.

 

I sort of liked the idea of the outcasts until I played OA.

 

Here's hoping you get to wipe the jerks out in Broken Steel.

 

Anyone else noticed that if you have Lawbringer, the Outcasts are among the NPC that have fingers on their corpses?

 

I was friendly with them until I got bored and broke into Fort Independence via the Unlock cheat, at which point I ended up shooting a bunch of them. When I found the fingers, I was like: "The heck? These guys are actually evil?"

 

The Outcasts are Brotherhood of Steel but, as I understand it, with even less of a conscience. Which basically means they are little more than looters. They might not be as sadistic as raiders, and they set their sights on higher grade loot, but they are in the same racket.

Heh I go to fort independance and slaughter them, I use fook and MMM Increase Increased Spawns so its tons of fun mowing down 10+ of them at once I die alot though even with capped DR at 85 in FOOK Enclave soldiers are especally dangerous since all their gear starts at 70-75% condition Which means they have about 70% DR gotta use non-physical things like Energy weaps, or plasma nades/ Zhu-Rong 418 pistol is great vs Enclave. I don't care about my chars karma but I guess she'd be evil, since I kill anyone who has what I want (except shop keepers)
